I always feel better when I eat cleanly and cut out the meat (pun definitely intended). It’s definitely not easy to reset your tastebuds, but I’ve done it several times before. For about a week I taper off any fast food or junk food. I eat less, drink more fluids and eat better. After three weeks you’re feeling great and can appreciate true flavor again. You don’t need a pound of salt or something to be deep fried to appreciate the taste.

What does this have to do with Autism? 

When Mommy feels good, Mommy is more productive and happier :)
